A tomb of pre-Etruscan times in the city of Volterra (Italian Tuscany). The mayor of the city, Marco Buselli, has said that this is an important discovery as it opens the door to the investigation of the pre-Etruscan past in Volterra.

The tomb, consisting of wide pot With a height of one meter and a diameter of 80 centimeters, it was found during an archaeological survey prior to the construction of a nursery school.

The vessel found is in very good condition and has been transferred to a conservation laboratory in Tuscany.
